Platform Management

Introduction

The user profile settings menu provides quick access to platform settings and management tools, grouped into four main sections: Personal Settings, System Settings, Company Profile and People Management.

1. Personal Settings

Manage your individual account preferences and configurations.

Available Tabs:

  • Personalisation – Adjust visual and layout preferences for your workspace.

  • Password – Change or reset your account password securely.

  • Preferences – Configure general settings such as currency & number preferences, Decimal places and other preferences.

  • Requests – View and manage requests you have submitted within the platform.

  • Notifications – Set up notification preferences for alerts, updates and platform messages.

  • Price Alerts – Create and manage alerts for specific asset price thresholds.

  • Change Requests – Track and review change requests you have initiated.

2. System Settings

Access and configure platform-wide settings and operational rules.

Available Tabs:

  • 2FA – Enable or manage two-factor authentication for enhanced security.

  • Change Request – Review and manage platform-wide change requests.

  • Processes – Configure automated and manual processes across the platform.

  • Notifications – Set global notification rules for all users.

  • Global Allocation Templates – Define templates for allocating assets or funds.

  • Value Date Rules – Configure rules for calculating and applying value dates in transactions.

  • Scoring Configurator – Set scoring criteria for risk or performance evaluations.

  • Transaction Loaders – Upload and process bulk transaction data.

  • Schedules – Create and manage recurring schedules for automated tasks.

  • Regulators – Configure regulator-specific reporting and compliance settings.

  • Fields – Manage custom fields and metadata across objects.

  • Notification User Logs – View logs of notifications sent to users.

  • Integrations – Connect and configure integrations with external platforms.

  • Constructors – Create or modify data constructors for platform operations.

3. Company Profile

Manage your organization’s core identity within the platform.
You can:

  • Update site information (company name, address, and contact details).

  • Upload or update the company logo.

  • Manage associated companies within your organization’s account.

4. People Management

Oversee users, roles, and responsibilities within the platform.

Available Tabs:

  • Roles – Define and manage platform roles with associated permissions.

  • Profiles – Create user profiles and assign roles for appropriate access levels.

  • Managers – Assign and manage managerial responsibilities within teams.

  • Activities – Track and review user activities and engagement in the platform.
