How to Contact Support from App

Introduction

When you face an issue or think of something that can improve your experience in the app, you can easily raise a support ticket from the Profile > Technical Support section. This guide will walk you through how to properly fill out the support form for both bugs and improvements.

Where to Find It

  • Open the App (Reluna Client or Reluna Manager).

  • Click on Profile at the bottom navigation.

  • Select Technical Support from the list.

  • You'll see two tabs:

    • Bug Found

    • Improvement

Use this when you find an error, glitch or malfunction that affects your workflow.

Check out the Bug Found Fields below:

Field Name

What It Means

Notes (What to Fill In)

Brief Description of the problem(*)

A short one-line description of the problem

Describe the issue in a few words. Example: “App crashes on Add Order.”

Priority(*)

How severe the issue is

Choose one, based on how much the issue affects your work:

  • Blocker – You cannot proceed without a fix

  • High – Major impact, limited workaround

  • Medium – Noticeable impact but work can continue

  • Minor – Small issue, no major disruption

  • Low – Cosmetic or non-urgent issue

Description(*)

A detailed explanation of the issue

Include steps to reproduce, what went wrong, when it started and any relevant context.

Expected Result(*)

What should have happened instead

State what you expected to see.
Example: “Order screen should open.”

Supporting screenshots or files

Attach files like screenshots.

Use this if you want to propose a new feature or tweak to improve usability.

What It Means

What to Fill In (Notes)

Brief Description of the problem(*)

A short one-liner describing the improvement

Describe the improvement in a few words. Example: “Add multi currency support in Portfolio summary”

Priority(*)

How important this improvement is to workflow or UX

Choose from:

  • Blocker – Work cannot continue without this improvement or fix

  • High – Major impact on functionality or user experience; needs quick attention

  • Medium – Important but not urgent; work can continue with minor friction

  • Minor – Small inconvenience; doesn’t affect core functionality

  • Low – Nice to have; cosmetic or non-essential enhancement

Description(*)

Clear explanation of the suggested improvement

Explain what you're suggesting, why it’s needed and how it will help

Expected Result(*)

What’s missing or not working well in the current setup

Describe what you expected to happen or how the feature should ideally work. This helps compare the actual behavior with the intended outcome.
