Manage Account Access
Introduction
Your ability to view accounts depends on the permissions set in your profile. If you want to see an account, make sure the right permission is turned on. You can find more about permissions in the Profiles Management section.
Permission Requirement

Who Can See Accounts from the Manager List?
Managers in your company who have the “View All” permission can see all accounts.
If you only have the “View” permission, you’ll be able to see an account only if you have access to at least one related portfolio.
To get access, you must be added to the manager list of that portfolio.
Who Can See Accounts from the Client List?
By default, clients cannot see accounts.
If permission is enabled for them, clients will see only the accounts linked to mandates where they are added as Authorized Persons.
