Getting Started (Logging In/Password Recovery)

Overview

This guide helps you log in to the Client Portal and manage your password safely and efficiently.

If you need assistance at any stage, reach out to your Client Administrator or Reluna Support.

1. How to Login

As a client, you’ll receive an activation link via email when your account is created.

Always check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the activation email.

Email Activation Link – Click the link to set up your login.

The link is valid for 7 days. If expired, contact your Client Administrator or Reluna Support.

Login Steps:

  • On the Client Portal login page.

  • Enter your registered Email ID and Password.

  • Click Log In to access your account.

2. How to Reset Your Password

If you forget your password or need to update it, follow these steps:

  • On the login page, click Forgot Password.

  • Enter your registered Email address(*) and click Continue.

If the email is incorrect, you’ll see a “User not found” error. In this case, contact Client Admin or Reluna Support.

  • Once successful, you will receive the password reset link by email.

  • Open the link to access the Password Recovery page.

  • Enter your New Password(*) and Confirm Password(*).

Make sure your password meets the following requirements:

  • At least 12 characters long

  • Includes 1 number

  • Contains 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter

  • Includes 1 special character (@$!%*#?&^)

  • Click Continue to save your new password and your password has now been reset.
