Manage All Your Change Requests in One Place ENHANCEMENT
ADMIN MANAGER
You can now approve or reject requests, track pending Change Requests on a single screen.
Find it under User Settings > Personal Settings > Change Requests tab.
Double click on selected CR row or click on three dots (…) to Edit and Approve or Reject the request.
Smarter Change Request Settings with SLA and Reason Field ENHANCEMENT

Streamlined Error Handling for Your Transactions ENHANCEMENT
BACK OFFICE
You can now handle Matching Error and Processing Error transactions more smoothly:
Go to Transactions > Find Error Transactions tab.
Open an error transaction. Toggle Edit to ‘ON’, then open the Actions dropdown and click Reprocess.
If successful, the status changes to Pending – Not Matched.
If it fails, you’ll see an error message prompting you to contact support.
Manual Fix: You can manually edit and update missing data using the Save & Fix button. Once saved, the transaction moves to Pending – Not Matched.
Potential error and Parsing Error statuses removed to reduce confusion and streamline error handling.

Seamless Authorized Person Management ENHANCEMENT

Now, add or edit Authorized Persons from Mandate or Portfolio and subscribe them to receive reports by email.
