Client Portal Updates – A Smoother, Smarter Experience ENHANCEMENT
CLIENT
The Reluna Client Portal is now easier to navigate, explore and use. Here’s what’s new:
Navigation Panel – Quick Access to What Matters
Your Dashboard, Positions and Transactions tabs now include a central Navigation Panel.
Use two dropdowns: Account & Portfolio.
Default view shows All Accounts and All Portfolios listed.
Click the structure icon to jump directly to the Account Structure tab for full details.
Enjoy smart filters:
Pick an Account → only its linked Portfolios appear.
Pick a Portfolio → only its linked Accounts appear.
Positions Tab – Smarter Filtering
Filter positions by Account and Portfolio.
Default table shows data for All Accounts and All Portfolios.
Transactions Tab – Clean and Organized
Filters apply across all sub-tabs.
Orders sub-tab now available under Transactions.
Accounts Tab – Your Structure, Your Way
Get an additional Account Structure tab:
View your full account hierarchy at a glance.
Click any Account or Portfolio in the tree → jump straight to its Dashboard with filters applied.
Import Transactions Manually ENHANCEMENT
BACK OFFICE
The Transaction Import feature lets you bring external transaction files into the platform and manage them efficiently.
What You Can Do:
Download & Upload: Use a template to bulk-import external transactions.
Manual Entry: Add individual transactions directly if needed.
Post All Records: Post all valid transactions at once.
After posting, two confirmation tabs will appear:
Successfully Posted
Not Posted

Custodian Creation – Smarter Duplicate Handling ENHANCEMENT
AUTHORIZED USERS ONLY
The platform now detects existing Counterparties to prevent duplicates, lets you map Custodians to them and allows unique code creation for new ones.
Find it in Accounts tab > Custodians

Instrument Search – Now with Asset Subtype ENHANCEMENT
AUTHORIZED USERS ONLY
When creating an Instrument By Ticker, you can now choose not just the Asset Type but also the Asset Sub Type, ensuring more accurate and precise instrument management.
Other minor bugs and fixes have also been resolved to ensure a smoother experience.
